First Bank and Trust Co. is a great bank with a very helpful and friendly staff. One of the things that impresses me most about First Bank is that their top-notch customer service is delivered to everyone who walks in the door. Stand in the lobby of the Plato Branch and you will see every person receive excellent personable service, no matter who they are or how much cash they may or may not have on deposit in the bank. This is a key reason that First Bank is my bank.
