I had a very bad experience the last time I shopped at Lowe's and it will likely be awhile before I am back. I had questions about special order merchandise. It was a busy time, so I waited until the salesperson finished with the people he was helping and then approached him with the question. He talked to us for less than a minute, not even fully answering our question and then walked off mid-conversation to help someone else. I can understand being busy, but I waited for 20 minutes to place my order and then he walks away before I can order? Unacceptable. I approached the management about this and they were unreceptive too. Needless to say, I do not recommend this store.
