All 3 of my kids went here as babies and each time I switched doctors. The last straw was when the woman in charge of payment and stuff (his wife maybe?) argued with me telling me that I had to pay a co-pay when it was covered by my children's OTHER insurance (and I confirmed it with the insurance afterwards and *I* was right). I left in tears because my child could not be seen if I didn't pay it and at the time I had utterly NO money. Luckily it was only a follow up appointment. But even the other times my kids went there, they just arent' that friendly. I showed up for an appointment and was told that it was cancelled. They said they tried calling but they did not, 1. I have caller ID and a machine and 2. they had TWO numbers on file for me and did not call either one. This happened twice.
