My husband and I recently dined at Chilis and enjoyed our meal. We were seated promptly and courteously and were greeted by our server within a minute. Our server was more of an order taker than a suggester of food and drink, so we muddled through the menu selection on our own. We chose the chips and salsa to start, the Quesadilla Explosion salad for me and the Crab Quesadilla for my husband. The chips were fresh and hot out of the oven. The salsa was not a chunky variety, but was very tasty. My salad had a wonderful blend of grilled marinated chicken, corn salsa, and tortilla strips. The only drawback were the cold cheese quesadillas on the side. The crab quesadilla, on the other hand was wonderful. It was served with pico de gallo and a sprinkling of old bay seasonings.
The drinks were appetizing as well. I ordered a frozen strawberry margarita and my husband a Dos Equis. He enjoyed his beer with a hint of lime.
Our waiter was attentive and checked back with us often enough to provide good service, but not too often as to be intrusive. We will return.
