I have placed three orders on OfficeDepot.com to pick the items up here. Every one of them have been mishandled in one way or another. The first one they said someone purchased the last of the particular item while I was purchasing it online - despite supposed "real time" inventory tracking. The second purchase I made they informed me only the display model was left and I could have that at the online purchase price. The third time I ordered an item online they just said well we don't have any and no other stores in town do either. These were all different items like a printer, a digital camera, and furniture. The first person you see usually has no idea how to do an online order pickup and will have to call in someone else. I think I gave them ample opportunity to perform well, but three strikes and you're out.
