Holiday Inn Select in Naperville, Il has a great location close to the interstate. It offers good conference facilities and clean and modern rooms. The rooms are comfortable, quite spacious and well furnished. They even offer a real desk to work on if need be, complete with convenient electrical outlets to plug in your laptop and other "joys of modern life". The hotel offers complimentary Internet in the rooms. If you'd like a room with wireless Internet, you need to tell them, since only some of the rooms have the wireless. The biggest fault could find with the rooms is the absence of an in-room safe.
The food was decent, if a bit bland; but then it is hard to please somebody living in New Orleans.
The staff was decent, but they did not try particularly hard. There is definitely room for improvement.
