I come to La Bonne Soupe for the salad dressing. I love it. I don't know what it is about it - it is probably a very simple recipe - but I love it in its slightly tart glory.
The rest of the food is good to great. I am a fan of the fondue & the onion soup. I have had a good piece of beef here, but avoid the crepes (they sit heavily in my stomach). The hot chocolate cake (molten it is called maybe?) is delicious and worth the extra charge on the set price meals.
The soup & a salad is more than enough when paired with a couple of pieces of bread.
Service could be a bit better, but it is a French restaurant...gives you a taste of Paris in a way!
