I had a great experience. It started when i made the appointment. The girl asked a lot of questions and actually listened to my responses about what was going on with my car. I had taken my car to several shops and none of them really tried to solve my problem. While the problem hasn't been solved in one visit, the owner has made arrangements with me to monitor my issue to see if we can solve the problem. I am agreeable to this since I don't want to spend a ton of money on repairs that i don't need and the folks at Beverly Hills's are going to help see to that.
