A friend of mine had her daughter's birthday party her and it turned out great. All the kids talked about it the next day.

Apparently, it is a year round amusement park, the only one in Sacramento.
The best way to get there is from Ethan Way. You can see it from Cal Expo but can't get to it from there.
I believe there is only on entrance off of Ethan Way, that is right across from Century Theaters.
