Even the manager told me that some times no one is in the shop because they make house calls. That is a bummer if you come by to drop off a computer and there is a close sign and the business is suppose to be open.
That happened to me once and another time I called beforehand. No one was there each time.
I would not run my business that way.
The manager appears to know computers but didn't answer my question straight. More like answering without answering, which is not a clear yes or no.
For example: Customer: Will this Internet board work in my computer? Manager: It works in most computers.
