This place looks pleasant with its sundeck, large laundry facility, and decorated hallways, but there I know people who live there that aren't thrilled with it. One of them has bugs in his apartment. Maintenance is quick to respond, but getting management to take care of certain things isn't exactly "go speed racer". If you need something replaced in your unit it could take a while.
