I have seen leasing agents show this building back and forth with its fantastic location, nice amenities, and cheap prices. There is one thing that you won't see your agent do, and that is explain why the rent is so cheap. This building is government funded. Instead of a doorman, there is a security guard. At least 50% of the time that I pass this gated community I see the police. It isn't the safest area and your local police station will inform you of that. It is recommended to pay a little more to get closer to the lake.
