I've been going to Dr. Lund Chin at the Seattle Vision Clinic in the International District since ~1995. He is the consummate professional & up to date on all of the latest technologies.
They are not available under my current insurance plan, but I still frequent them as I totally trust them with my eye health.
Their prices are very reasonable and you can receive a discount if you pay right away.
