If you go at the right time, you just might catch the entire process of ice cream being made. Along with Dippy Lou's own Ice cream, she makes her own flavors of Italian "water" ice. My favorite is mixing lemon, cherry, and blue raspberry for a fourth of July celebration any time of year. She also has other fun flavors like mango and root beer. We once ordered a Specialty cake from Dippy Lou's and it was an absolute hit! Forget the traditional Chocolate and Vanilla Ice cream cake.
