The Flying Dutchman is a neat little coffee shop next to the Lynden Post Office. My family and I took a walk last weekend looking for some Ice Cream and found exactly what we were looking for. The shop has Ice Cream, espresso, candy of all sorts and just enough room to have seat and enjoy your snack. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.
