I had a very good experience with this Staples store. I had received a camera as a gift and did not have a gift receipt for it. I went to this Staples store to see if I could exchange it for something else or just get store credit and I was not disappointed. The supervisor was very pleasant and after asking me a few questions she told the cashier to give a merchandise gift card. She was so friendly too. I was so pleased because Best Buy and Circuit City won't take anything back without some kind of reciept.
