You make an appointment weeks in advance for them to fix your Directv (they contract locally for Directv) Satellite. They give you a four hour window on a week day. They call you electronically two days in advance reminding you to be home. They no-show. You call at 5:00pm (after staying home waiting all afternoon) to see where they are. After a 40 minute call to customer service they tell you the driver is "running late and expects to be there by 7pm". You tell them this is unacceptable- no one called to explain they'd be late, and you have to go out for the evening. When you return home at 9pm there is a service invoice stuck in the door saying "No one home".
Very, Very frustrating. We are still without satellite and Directv will not credit us for the time with out service. Two bad companies.
