Their experts actually do know what they are talking about and can tell you the difference between different finishes of paint or different models of dishwashers. They'll deliver appliances to your home and install them. I had to call them for repairs on my washing machine which was under warrunty and they came right away and fixed it for no charge, no questions asked.
