Good: I have had problems with my pool, and i always call and talk to trish, she is the greatest, i had been to several other pool places spent hundreds of dollars and when i went to pool tech , Trish told me what i needed and it worked the first time. that was 2 years ago and i had a problem this year with my filter and they fixed it right away, they are the BEST.. Improvements: none. Other: Would recommend pool tech to anyone who wants to get a pool or has a pool.
