Eight years ago I use to call Mr. Tinsley to my home for heating and air conditioning problems. He always answered his phones immediately, got right back to me, and followed up in a timely manner. Mr. Tinsley even came to our home to set up the contract to replace the heaters in our attic. The heaters were put in by Tinsley's employees. A man fell through the roof into our bedroom, but Tinsley paid for the repairs, and we even got a better ceiling out of the deal. But in the last few years I have tried to call him about my air conditioner (they had not solved the leak as yet) and was getting no replies to my calls; and even with a promise to call me back to set up an appointment, I received no calls back. There I sat with the temperature going up in the house, and decided to call J M & J instead, and they came right away and fixed the air conditioner once and for all.
