This place is like a Stephen King horror movie. My daughter has lived there for several months and the experience has been negative form start to (hopefully soon) finish.
This place appeals to the young and broke (as many apartment complexes do). Their rents are low, due I'm sure to a high vacancy rate, and they did work with the kids to help them get into an apartment by lowering the security deposit. But, what a nightmare ever since! The walls are paper thin--you know WAY more about your neighbors than you care to. Repairs are not made in a timely manner and they do things that just aren't smart--like paint the apartment walls with flat paint. Do you know how hard it is to clean flat pain??? Especially with children! They may save a few pennies on the paint initially, but the re-painting of dirty walls will coast them far more in the long run.
The latest fiasco is that the heating my daughter's apartment has been malfunctioning for most of the winter--including a 5-day stint of no heat at all in freezing February temps, forcing the family to stay with relatives. We've followed their policies to the letter in trying to get this fixed and have asked to be moved to another unit within their complex, but to no avail.
I'd live in my car before I took an apartment at this place. They give "slum landlords" a new low.
