Tom's Tavern is a Boulder institution for a reason. It was one of my first introductions to Colorado when I moved here in 1995 and I've never been disappointed yet!
If you are a burger lover, as I used to be before I gave up meat, this is the place to go!! Extra-thick, flavorful and with the juice dribbling down your chin, so make sure you ask for extra napkins! Of late, i have ordered more salads and they are excellent as well, as is the service. it's a great beginning or end to your Pearl Street shopping day and the ambiance is relaxing and fun.
