After 5 o'clock or so, this is bustling place, especially at the efficiently managed bar. There are some small, high-chaired tables a few feet from the bar that keep you in the hot zone, and many other tables in the cooler zones farther away. The food is basic American, and good enough, especially if you're tired from several hours of malling at Fashion Island, or coming out of the multiplex.
