During my emergency visit, I had a good feeling about the place from the moment I walked in. I was treated courteously at the front desk -- a rare occurrence at most medical centers, I find -- and didn't wait more than five minutes before being able to see a doctor and get an anxiety-relieving diagnosis. The urgent-care center has X-ray equipment for quick checks on possible bone fractures. Hours are 5:30 to 9:30 p.m. Monday through Friday and 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday and Sunday.
