Pies and Pints has quickly become my new favorite chill bar in Seattle. We went on a Wednesday after a concert, and the place was totally uncrowded, the pool was free, and the service was awesome. And what goes better together than great beer and fantastic desserts? I highly recommend the passionfruit cheesecake, and the Irish nachos (fries with nacho toppings) were, in the words of the bartender, "absurdly awesome."
