Pupsi has been around a long time - it was one of the first places I visited when I first got my puppy 6 years ago. While a pioneer in doggie day care, Pupsi is not actually a very pleasant place. They do not have an indoor play facility for the pets. When here, the dogs are either outside playing (rain or shine, hot or cold) or they are in a cage.
