Carver's Creek Steakhouse, located on Capital Blvd in Raleigh, offers a wonderful and varied menu of steaks and seafood. The table side salad bar they offer is the first I have seen of its kind. The waiter comes to your table with all the different salad fixings and makes your salad for you right at the table. Carver's Creek also has a bar with top shelf liquors available.
