During a period of unemployment, Legal Assets helped me pay the bills. I will say, however, they are not always the most reliable staffing company. They set me up with a job right after I signed up with them, which last a week and paid very well. However, I didn't hear from them again at all, even though I kept them updated every week with my job status. While they do staff law firms, you don't necessarily have to be in the legal profession to staff many of their jobs.
