Maybe it's just me but when I'm a customer in someone's place of business it annoys me to no end to be called "Chief", "Buddy" or something similar. Now I don't expect a red carpet to be rolled out for me, but since I am patronizing your establishment, I do expect some modicum of respect. For this type of deli, the food is fine but I hate being treated like I'm someone's pal - not a valued customer. If that type of treatment doesn't bother you - add a star to this rating.
