First let me say, the Penny Wise Thrift Shop is always really busy inside, so many people like them and they must be doing something right. The money spent here goes to a good cause: supporting Thomas Jefferson University Hospital. That said, the clothes selection is pretty matronly. The home items and furnishings are usually pretty nice, but pricey.
