The only reason I gave it 2 stars was for the flower quality, which was not lacking. What was lacking was the customer service. I asked the owner to honor the terms on a charity fundraiser card, and when she didn't and I complained she told me to "take a pill, lady." I don't care how busy you are, what time of year it is, or whether or not it's for charity, you don't treat anyone that way, and especially not a potential customer.
*Note, this was at the West location, by HyVee, but I think it's the same owner for all the Ambrosia's in Columbia.
