I have been to many Sushi places all over westchester, and the sushi at Karuta tops them all. The fish is very fresh, the sushi chefs are wonderful. If you order something that isn't on the menu, you may be pleasantly surprised. If you are not a sushi person they have a great selection of wonderful cooked food for you to choose from. The tuna and yellowtail are especially tender and just dissolve in your mouth. The beef teriyaki is full of flavor and can be made quickly if you are in a rush. Overall I would 100% recommend this restaurant to anyone.
