This is my second time using ICS. The representative I've worked with both times is Bill. I can't say that I'm more pleased with a company here in Austin. The work they did for me was setting up our new phone system. Though everything did not go quite as smoothly as I expected (it took two days instead of one, and the caller ID did not work on the phone until at&t approved it one week later) everyone in their company was so easy to work with and quite responsive to everything we had going on. It's not often that you have technical guys show up to your office and explain things to you in a way you can understand, and it's not often that a work crew leaves an office lookin' in better shape than when they found it, I can say both of those are true for my experience. I would recommend this company to any other organization.
