First I will expound upon the occassion and than Oreck's wonderful products!
On June 11th from 2 PM to 5 PM - The Oreck Clean Home Center in New
Baltimore are opening their doors for a benefit party. Young Michael Columbia
has been diagnosed with medullablastoma (brain cancer). I have had the great privilege and honor to meet this delightful young man. His courage and
outward joy have brought tears to my eyes. I grew up with Michael's grandmother, Shelley Columbia and I am also acquainted with his grandma
Rose Cannon who put the event together. In the course of my first meeting
with Michael he touched me so much that I wanted to give him something so
I gave him the Detroit Red Wings Ring that was initially my fathers and that
I had wore ever since losing him. You would have thought that I gave him a
million dollars the way that he reacted with so much excitement and than he
looked me straight in the eye and stated that he had got to meet the Red
Wings in person! I couldn't help but give him a big hug!!! For those of you
