Located right off Groesbeck highway and Elizabeth Street is the Martha T Berry
Medical Care Facility which is an asset to those less fortunate and who do not
have the means for medical assistance. They have a lot of programs such as
pregnancy tests; prenatel care and pediatricians. I think it is wonderful that the
state has this service especially during an economic crunch. I am grateful everyday that I have a good job with great insurance and I do believe that help
should be there for those who are having a difficult time. Theres a victims rights
unit; mental health unit; substance abuse unit and senior citizen services.
