My husband and I decided to end our day at Animal Kingdom with a trip to Boma- Flavors of Africa. Although the place was hopping, our reservations helped speed up the wait time. The service was nothing inspiring, but the chefs behind the buffet spread were witty and engaging. The food selection ranged from exotic fare to roasted chicken and fries. This is a good "gateway" buffet for budding epicureans and sophisticated palates alike.
