.. but it's probably at Sally Shop. This boutique store on Newark's Main Street carries a wide assortment of affordable jewelry, accessories, and handbags. Most of the stock is comparable to what you'd find at Claire's or The Icing, but it's local. It appears to be owned by a local family, and the lady behind the counter has always been friendly to me. This is a fun place if you're looking for something inexpensive and sparkly to spice up an outfit for an evening on the town.
