Green Trails Apartments is conveniently located near Benedictine University, right off Maple Avenue. The apartment complex ranges from one bedroom units to two-story, two bedroom town homes. Washers/dryers in unit, fireplaces, and window seats make for a warm, inviting atmosphere for renters.
The complex has a seasonally-operational outdoor pool, and a 24-hour access indoor workout room, sauna, and hot tub. The upstairs clubhouse features breakfast three times a week and numerous resident events, including a pig roast, resident appreciation week, and my favorite, Oktoberfest.
Rent isn't too bad, although I'm sure you can find cheaper units nearby. Maintenance is quick, and the rental agents are friendly and very helpful with your needs. Overall, it's a great place to call home.
