I setup an appointment at 10:00 in the morning for later on that afternoon and they didn't show up ontime! I specifically wanted to have all of this taken care of so I didn't have to wait around for a technician. I called them at 4:30 and they said that the tech was on his way. I mean it wasn't so bad, he was here a little past 5, but at least he was able to rekey the doors.
