When I treat myself to a frozen dessert I like to get a soft serve chocolate cone with chocolate sprinkles, but it's not too good at Twistee Treat. I assume that it's really ice milk not ice cream which is usually fine, but it's not creamy at all, almost like a chocolate water ice. The drive through is convenient though, and there are tables outside where you can sit and enjoy your treat if you so desire.
