Recently I had the misfortune of visiting the Emergency Room of this hospital on a Friday night when a family member was involved in an auto accident (not too bad, luckily) and I was pleased with the caring and efficient demeanor of all of the staff members we encountered. A few years ago when another family member broke his collar bone after getting knocked down by a huge dog, our experience was similarly positive.
