Charter Communications offers a very reasonable home package for basic cable and internet service. The customer service is ok. The quality of the picture over cable is good. The internet speed is fast and rarely do we have problems with loss of service. They offer special rates for hookup at certain times of the year and if you are switching from a satellite dish they usually give you a discount on installation, sometimes installation is almost free.
