When I moved to Canton I drove around collecting take-out menus. On the door of Kelly's read "We Deliver" or something to that effect. The menu also promised delivery. YAY!!! In my opinion, the best delivery is breakfast... you can laze around all morn and breakfast just shows up.
When I called for delivery. Nope. No delivery. No idea why it was on the door or the menu and couldn't say that they recently used to deliver either.
Still, I'm fair. I've driven there for breakfast twice. The first time was fair and the second time was decent. I noticed, from one visit to the next, that they had improved their homefry recipe.
So, the place is okay, but it would be so much better if they delivered.
