I just wanted to write about the great customer service I got from Joey at Ackerman Security, the technician who made a service call to my home today. I was scheduled for an early morning service call, but my schedule "fell apart". I called Joey to let him know that I needed to reschedule. Late morning I called him and asked if there was any way he could fit me in at any point later in the day. He said he'd have to check his schedule and he'd call me back. He called back in less than 5 minutes and was able to "fit me in". I know that he didn't have to do this and I very much appreciate that he made the extra effort for me. He was friendly and professional throughout.
