Good: Fast response and the actual service. Bad: That the rain happened and woke me up at 4am.. Improvements: none. Other: Summer monsoon flooded half of my room through the window, these guys came right away at 4am and got everything done quickly and not expensive. I'm glad I was home to close off all the other windows! Thanks.
