I have yet to find the perfect Thai restaurant, but this one is pretty good. I was introduced to this place by a friend and have gone back quite a number of times, usually for the lunch special for about $5 (sadly, the ubiquitous Thai dish, Pad Thai noodles, is not on the lunch special menu; if you want it, you'll have to pay full price). You get either soup or salad, and your entree comes with rice and a vegetable egg roll. Their tom yum soup is really good and is very fragrant from the lemongrass. I also tried both the beef and chicken satay, but I would suggest getting just the beef (I didn't really like the chicken). The satay was a bit expensive though and not worth it (I think about $8 for 6 sticks). Overall, this is one of the better Thai restaurants in the San Gabriel area.
