When you first walk into Max Foods, a funny smell greets you. It smells kind of like body odor or something else sweaty and musty. It's also not the cleanest supermarket out there. However, I remember enjoying going to Max Foods when I was a kid to help my mom pack the groceries, because the cashier rings you up but you bag your own items. It can be fun for kids to pretend to be a grocery bagger. Prices are decent and parking is ample.
