I maintain 5 vehicles and my previous car repair shop recently went out of business. I found Mark's on a website and it had a good review - so I went there. I had 4 vehicles inspected - 3 of the 4 required repairs for inspection that averaged $320.00/per car. My 2008 vehicle which needed brakes & rotors now has a constant squealing and my ABS & Traction Control light do not shut off. My daughter also need brakes & rotors and her car has a continuous high-pitched squeal. My son took his car there and he needed a wheel-bearing $180 for repairs went a mile down the road and his brake caught fire because they installed something wrong when putting the wheel back together.
Will I return - NO WAY - you lost a good - cash paying customer! Enough is enough - it's pretty obvious that your work is not quality and 4 of our 5 vehicles all needed the same items repaired and all of which are relatively costly repairs.
