The office staff was friendly. Asked me the appropriate questions to determine my exact needs. They sent a technician over the next day. He was not only on time(a rare thing), but called to say he was on his way, came prepared, friendly but professional at all time, explained what he was going to do, it's cost and demonstrated product use after it's installation.
