I love shopping at the Fresh Grocer! They have fresh produce, it's convenient, and they are accommodating. As far as pricing goes, their prices are fair... this is the city, grocery prices are high everywhere you shop. Not to mention the fact that the Fresh Grocer is NOT a monopoly and only has a few stores unlike most of its competitors.
After trying to locate a product that they didn't carry, the manager told me he would order the product for me, which he did and got it in within the same week!

I've never had a problem with anyone being rude to me.. maybe more people should live by the saying your catch more flies with honey than vinegar, or treat others the way you'd like to be treated. I have seen, on several occasions, customers being blatantly rude to Fresh Grocer employees for no reason! If i worked there I'd probably get defensive also.. it's not fair for customers to do that.
Overall the fresh grocer is a great improvement to the city and our community. I will certainly continue shopping with them.
